Realize that there are so many people in the world that if you somehow horribly fuckup you could potentially replace almost everyone in your life.

There is no amount of advice that will do you any good on this topic until you yourself find it inside yourself to stop caring, this is entirely a problem stemming from mentality, therefor you have to consciously choose to not care while you feel like you do, just like with every personality trait or behavior you can fake it till you become it.

To summon it up you must first change your perception of self before you can truly not care.
