Nothing in particular, but usually Audio and Video files as if I need to reduce the size of an audio file (e.g. WAV>MP3) or just transcode videos because Sony Vegas doesn't support the file format (even with Mega Codec Pack installed)

Usually it's WAV, OGG and MP3 audio files (converting between three) and as for videos usually from FLV, AVI or any other non-mp4 format really that need to be converted into MP4
