Because there is a miniscule chance you're at peak physical health/form. So it's good for you to do it too. Suggest that you both work out and eat better so you can take care of your long term health. Say you read studies about cancer risk or whatever else you want to bullshit about. Make this something you want for both of you, and work on it together. She'll be much more motivated and less insulted, if you're working alongside her.
