Law's kinda fucked. Age of consent is often lower than the age of majority. You could be legally allowed to be naked together, while being charged for CP if a camera were involved.

It's not even just a thing between minors and adults. Kids have been charged with possession or distribution in relationships where both parties are minors. A chick could take a photo of herself, send it to a consenting partner, and be charged with producing and distributing CP. Laws have not caught up to the reality of sexting (or even… fucking Polaroids).
