Ok so I'm lactose intolerant but I consume it anyway because I fucking love dairy. It's like my body fucking picks and chooses when to act up.

>nothing happens
>big glass of milk
>again, nothing happens
>order pizza with 5 different cheeses
>diarrhea

Well just acknowledge that you can only consume it when you have a period of time to yourself where you can rush to the toilet?

My Dad has ulcerative colitis, which means eating any hot food leaves him on the toilet for the entire next morning. He just makes sure he's got nothing planned until the afternoon.

Either that or you can just stop eating it?
