If you're a guy, go on finasteride. If you're female then try spiro.. It also helps with acne. Minoxidil helps both genders but at different concentrations.

I wish I had thinner hair, my hair is so fucking thick that when it gets longer than 5 inches I get severe scalp pain and my hair cannot be done and it just sticks out in random areas.

Bald bro here,
I had a bald spot at 19, and was trying to comb over it for 2 years, I couldnt go outside if it was windy, couldnt go to public pools.
At 21 I took a long good look at myself in the bathroom mirror and just said "fuck it" and shaved it all off.

Use castor oil on the roots. Warm it up, massage it in and let it set as long as you want. It's plant based and safe. Always test it in a small area first just to check if theres any irritation. Best of luck
