On this 4th of July in South Florida, I got a pretty bad sun burn on my knees. I don't recall specifically putting sunblock on there, but I do remember putting some on my legs. The strange part is it's causing me joint pain in my kneecaps, and they hurt when I bend down, walk, or even when I'm just sitting still.
What do I do, and am I going to be fine or is this some sort of disease? Pic related it's my knees. Thanks in advance.

Aloe Vera is a great option, but does it heal the joint pain? The sunburn doesn't bother me as much as the joint pain does.
