Which ice cream flavor do I buy? And is Haagan Dasz really worth it?

I like Haagen dad because they have a high quality green tea flavor.

Other then that I fucking love Ben and Jerry's. (Phish food and Americone Dream are the best flavors imo)
B&J's has a lot of sugar though so it's a sinful treat- but I eat healthy on all other fronts so I allow it.

for me im usually not a fan of the ice cream itself so much as the good stuff inside of it, ben and jerries is good cuz they tend to have a lot of cookie dough or phish food or other such flavors where really the ice cream is like 50% other junk.

recently i started eating tollhouse ice cream sandiwches. really soft cookies are used, almost like cookie dough, with some ice cream in the middle. it helps me with portion control and gives me what i really want.

when i legit want ice cream im fine iwth just a vanilla cone from mc donalds. love me that soft serve.
