It's been about 6 years that i suffer from IBS, my main symptons are diarrhea and flatulence, not as fun as it seems. Im a good looking lad but my disease is ruining my social life, no girl will ever date me if things keep this way. At college people make fun of me because of my belly gas noises , everyday i think about suicide. Ive been to many doctors but they didnt help much.

Change your diet OP. Cut gluten out entirely. If that doesn't work, try a Paleo diet. Doesn't work? try vegetarian.
