i have pic related vaio craptop,its old and overheats like a mofo,ill try and get the screwdrivers to be able to open it up and clean it,ill also format it, as of now i cant run shit, i tried running wc3 and the game stutters ,a 2004 game,if i do what i said above i should be able to easily play wc3 / old wow versions right? or is it maybe something else that makes it not run anything? is it possible for a pc to degrade that much to the point that it cant run those simple games? even with intergrated graphics?...
specs are i3 2310M 4gigs ram runs on w7 64 ...is this salvageable

All of the fans are on the botton. I've attached four small rectangular object to the bottom of my laptop so that air can freely circulate. It up about an inch off the surface of my desk.
