How many texts does it take before it's considered obsessive?
That's such a vague question, I have no idea what answer you're looking for.
Depends on the relationship between the two.
How many times would a person text you before you considered them obsessive, in a relationship. Sorry I am not sure how to phrase the question properly.

That can't be answered so easy anon. My last gf texted me all day, but if i had the time i liked that too so we had like 100s of messages some days. We mostly only spent time together on weekends so it was like that very often. But if i said i don't have time that was fine for her.
I would say the important part is if you both enjoy it. If you're always the one to text first, text again if she/he doesn't respond etc its a good sign its too much, if you even ask why you get no answer you're already pushing it hard.
It's not just a matter of numbers, it's also about the content of your text
If your texts are super clingy, pushy, creepy even, two is enough to feel super weird
On the other hand you could send 5 texts in a row and it wouldn't seem weird at all if you're talking about random shit without sounding like a desperate creep

2 is the limit with no response
