Economy and education decision

This is a very big situation, so I need to simply everything into short sentences.

> I'm a computer science student, bachelor. two years left.
> I owe my dad one month's rent, for car fixing. in total, about three month rent.
> I don't live in a big city, the closest city is 25 min away with car. Everything around me expect that is pretty much green and no life.
> I have no part-time job.
> My grades are awful and I'm missing out on two subjects. bachelor is normally 3 years.
> My car is worth about 8-10 worth of rent.
> I live at campus.
> I hate where I live, but I need to finish my bachelor.
- My dream is to live in a big city, maybe outside Norway, maybe japan or south-korea.

I have economy problems right now. I owe my dad, my grandparents and so on. Should I sell my car before anything more bad happens to it and try to study day, evening and night at campus to achieve my dream of top grades and live in a big city?
Or keep the car, have a part-time job and still try to improve the grades? Any other suggestions?

I'm so worried, depressed and thinking really hard what to do. What should I do from here?
