If I were reading this out loud how would I phrase it? For example, I know it's: Section 834c, but how about the "(a)" and the "(1)"?
What would would those be called? Subsection (a)...Subsection (a)? And how about the (1)?
Legalfags help me please.

I'm sorry I meant the confusion with the "(a)" is whether or not to refer to it as a "subsection" or "subparagraph"
And I'm absolutely clueless what to call the (1) is it an "item?" Please help, much thanks in advance!

Section 834c subsection (a)(1). Not a lawyer but I have to deal with government clients a lot.

Any advice? But please, only if you actually know. No "bro-science" please, not right now man. This shit is important as fuck to me right now in ways I don't have time to explain.

Sorry bro, best I can due is what the law is like where I am. Anything else wouldn't be a hundred percent reliable.
I just looked into what the law you linked was, the best advice anyone can give you is don't even consider representing yourself. Seriously it is a bad idea.
