Because as I take each breath I feel pressure in my chest and the chest pushing forward, is this normal??? I read some meditation guide and now I'm totally confused.

When you breathe in your lungs expand and push your chest forward, so that's normal. Maybe you notice it more because you meditated or something. If it hurts, go see a doctor.
