So I'm interested in getting involved with the field of cybersecurity. I'm extremely good with computers, and I'm proficient in multiple programming languages. I just finished my two years, and I'm looking for a bachelors program that would help me in my pursuit of working in this field.

Is there anyone here that works in the field, or is more knowledgeable of it than I? I'm thinking of majoring in a program that focuses on security and network administration, rather than compsci/engineering, was mainly wondering if that would be wise or not.

Any advice/information is helpful. Thanks in advance.

I'm in the same position as you. I just finished my freshman year of computer science , looking to get into cybersecurity.

I am joining the Air Force ROTC at my college, hopefully I can get some hands on experience in cybersecurity with that.
