How do I keep my back straight? It gets hard or annoying to do so, I move closer to the screen (spend a lot of time with my laptop), then fuck it, sit like a retard. Are there life hacks? If not, what's the best hard way? Anybody here who's done it?

It's kind of natural to keep your back slouched at times. I would suggest to get a chair with a solid back support. or you can sleep with the mattress on the floor. It will make your back sore for a week or two but it will straighten it out.

This is usually due to having a weak upper/middle back
Hit the gym and learn to deadlift.
A chair can help as a temporary solution, but you'll end up with a hunch in the later years
