My Psychiatrist wants me to take Abilify because that will Help me with the voices, is it really worth it?

I will give a brief explanation. I have various Mental conditions. One of them is that I hear two voices inside my head.
I have been prescribed various meds, but I never take them. Now I was considering taking Abilify. But the box is like 5€ so I do not think is worth wasting my money on this
And I believe I would end up feeling alone after a life of good memories

But also what just happened makes me think maybe I should try Because I always end up talking with them out loud, and maybe thats weird

Why should I care?

Anyway, advice appreciated.

I've always been confused--What do these voices sound like? Are they similar to hallucinations? Can they be confused with real People? Are they directional? If they don't sound like they come from outside your head, how do you distinguish them from the normal life of the mind?
