we live in a heteronormative society. unless you are giving the impression you are gay there is no reason to 'express' your heterosexuality. if you must just find a reason to bring up your ex girlfriend, or simply comment on how attractive a girl is.

Also, how would a male improve self esteem in regards to sexuality? Women can do shit like wear a thong or some "sexy" dress.

OP, most guys don't think about it from an onlookers perspective, they're only thinking about themselves and their gf.

When I was with my last gf, I wanted to touch her ass pretty much every minute we where together, but I would keep it in check out in public. Some guys don't have the same impulse control or they don't care what other people think.

OP why do you even care about expressing it? Who are you trying to impress or gain approval from by expressing it?
