How do I fix my sleep schedule while fighting the urge sleep? I was playing a game on tuesday and happen to have lost a track of time. It was 4am, and I had to go to work at 8:30 so I slept for a little bit. Now since that day I've been having difficulty sleeping at night. I usually fall asleep at four am or longer. And it's just difficult to be awake at work all day. Yesterday one of my co-workers had to wake me up because I was alseep on my desk for like 15 minutes.
