Literally, not figuratively, everything has felt wrong for the past 2 weeks. Food I loved tastes god awful, bitter with disgusting textures and smells, my muscles feel strange and heavy to move, cumming feels the same as spitting but out of my cock. My insides feel shitty as well, with my heart sometimes deciding to pound in my ear or I feel a stabbing pain in it or other organs. I haven't felt hungry either, I just eat because I know I probably have to. So, do I see a psychologist or real doctor?

You seem to have a syndromical affection. Go to a doc consult as fast as you can, have noted something different your anatomy? 2 weeks is a hell of a long sintomatology and not good.
my first impression is you are having depression (the illness, not the edgy teenager depression)
Second would be lack of vitamins which ones i cant know behind a PC
Third a systemic underlying pathology or at least a local one manifesting itself as a syndrome(multiple sintomatology at once that could literally be yelling at you you have x shit and you havent even noticed)
