Did she tell you that she actually wants to make you fat? It might be just female nature gone wild. Every Woman wants to be a housegoddess, no matter what feminists tell them. It's biological. Part of that is cooking and making their man well feed.

In her wish to show you that she can be a great housewife and care for you she might try to hard. As a female myself my boyfriends tend to also gain a 5-10kg, simply because they enjoy eating my delicious food and I enjoy cooking and baking and don't mind a (small) beer belly. I try to reduce the high caloric ingrediens because he wants to get a bit fitter again.

Talk to her. Most of those fetishes have deeper issues, just like personal things like anorexia or bulimia. Did she had bad experiences with food? For example lacking food in her ealy years? Getting rewarded with food or stuff like that?

Make it clear that she will hurt you with trying to fatten you. Have a clear talk about that. Don't play into it. It won't get better without her wanting to actually change.
