Rhinoplasty. It will just take one day, will be sore and swollen for a few weeks, but that is fixable.

Mix some salt with water until it creates a paste, then apply it and let it dry. It should bring the moisture out. Be sure to wash your nose with a non-oily soap every day, too. If you have blackheads, get a special cream and use it as directed, and they should be easier to squeeze out. Always wash your nose afterwards, too, to prevent infection.
