At first I thought she just found me weird and was unconfortable around me, but then she would avoid me right? What do you guys think?

You're over analyzing the situation mate. It's not your fault, the brain just does it cuz you see her as a suitable partner. Think nothing of it. Move on, possibly try to even avoid her, or flat out tell her you don't want her near you anymore. Or if she goes to sit in your seat, find a new one.
