When I tried to watch this youtube video

I suddenly had this strange contracting feeling in my chest and immediately closed the tab.

This feeling also started coming up when I watched an English dubbed anime- even though I was perfectly fine with watching dubbed Dragonball as a child, for some reason I feel uncomfortable watching dubbed anime now.

I'm twenty years old now and I've never been able to understand what this was. Please explain to me if you can
