So when I breath I feel my front chest and I don't know if it supposed to be normal or not, I'm a bit hyper sensitive.
You made this thread yesterday, so I'll say the same thing.
Your body regulates it's oxygen intake whether you're consciously breathing or not.
Normal number of breaths is 12-20 a minute. Anything outside that range is strenuous, involuntary, and you'd be able to tell you're in peril.
So basically if you're not cyanotic, you're fine.
Breathe with your chest and shoulders, but your stomach, if you don't already.
