I heard /adv/ usually gives good advice, so here goes.
I suffer of severe anxiety, and i'm kinda a loner.
There's this girl at my workplace that's really cute and in the last couple of weeks she's been staring at me (note that in the last couple of weeks i did some changes in my looks),
And i'd really like to ask her out but i never had the guts to talk to her. It would be creepy if i'd add her on facebook and try to engage in conversation with her there?

if you can't tell that she's into you, there is a high probability she isn't. men are more likely than women to mistake friendly behavior for sexual interest, so you could be heading for an awkward misunderstanding. this will make your life more difficult to maneuver and will hurt your confidence even more.
