I've never ejaculated more than a few drops in my life. I literally just waited a week, drank plenty of water, and beat off to find I ejaculated no more than usual. Somehow my curiously weak and small ejaculations have become a little vanity project of mine.
At what point is really small loads a medical concern?
I also can't finish unless i'm on my back but i'm less concerned about that

If it started suddenly I'd say you should check it out because it could be caused by an obstruction maybe. But if you've been like this forever I don't see how it could be medically relevant, unless you'd want to reproduce

Look up the cum holy grail to increase your load. I'd like to try that some day because I don't cum too much spunk and it doesn't fly as far as I'd like, but like you said, it's more for vanity, since my orgasms are more than fine.
