China is still big and got lots of manufacturing jobs there from knick-knacks to techs, if you're planning into doing business involving them, it's really beneficial.

In the future? Dunno. Computers have a good chance to obsolete most people's foreign language skills sooner or later.
You can work in China with it, seems to be demand for that. Doesn't matter if you're a university student or the director of Nokia, plenty of people do it.
