this always happens every time i develop feelings for a girl. it's pretty annoying because i know it's irrational and doesn't help me, but logical reasoning doesn't necessarily translate into my feelings.

well, if she is your only option it is normal for your brain to try to hold her as close as possible and negate all possible dudes that might take her away. Now, the fucked up thing is that she'll feel it too, and that will position her abouve you in that "powerplay", which will make her less attracted to you. You need to be comfortable with yousself, be social, have female acquaintances and talk to other chicks, so your mind does not link everything girl related to one person, and one person only

the thing is, when i talk to other chicks i feel really bad, especially if im in a relationship with the other girl and she's the insecure type. in fact when i like someone it's very hard for me to think of other girls in a sexual/romantic light
