Also I don't know how or why Google would add a feature like that. it was a Google phone just to point that out didn't even ask for permission just sent the images to the profile even tho I deleted them from the phone off of the phone an hour after i connected my google. Just need to say if you ever get a phone delete the contents first in case anything bad is on it or Google might fucking post it on your account for everyone to see

Also need to add it was a used google Nexus phone many that could help to knowing why or how it happened also sorry for any typos it's early in the morning and I'm panicking

Sounds like they're backed up online to the account of the previous owner. Just wipe your phone and link your Google account instead. You should stick to iPhones

Yeah gain the damage was already done that phone sent all those pics too my account I deleted them and years later they popped up on the browser on my new phone

To fact reset or your life can get ruined but still phones aren't supposed to randomly send photoon the device to your social accounts without permission now I can get in big legal trouble for images that aren't even mine and that I deleted years ago cause google wanted to post everything on that phone to my google account

It didn't ask if I wanted to send photos and this was years ago I wasn't used to androids back then and the phone said I needed google to do anything so I had to connect it

If it was Google photos they're mostly set to private. If it was circles/hangouts or whatever they call it then I doubt anyone seen it because no one uses that social media really, if you know people that do then put an update on there apologising and letting people know you got hacked.

Well again the phone had had disgusting illegal shit from the last owner when I got it I deleted it but it went on my google+ account photos and even tho I deleted it that means google has these images in my name even tho nothing was done over those years I did delete them from my google account too and I thought that was it but again they popped back up years later on the recapture moments option thing so that means if they notice this I can get in trouble for these images and I don't think they'll take the truth if they do book me cause as everyone said I look like a retard for it. And now I'm paranoid as fuck also and it's hitting my high blood pressure and anxiety problems harf also just to put it out I got the phone from kind of an old coworker from the lastly job didn't know who he was he just told everyone he was selling the phone and I bought it from him

Also again ignore any typos my phone also has this crappy keyboard software instead of the google one I have to fix that
