Essentially I was fairly drunk and have no idea how I got this, I need to know if it's anything to worry about/how long it'll take to go away. Also if anyone has any idea what kind of impact would've caused this that would be interesting.

Telling from the shape of the bruise, I'd guess something relatively small and round hit you, maybe a baseball but this has no basis. I couldn't say much, all I can go off is a photo.
