It just takes a minuscule amount of bother, same as letting a doctor inspect your tits for clots and cancer on a regular base. Doctors being strange men and women who not only learned some of that but maybe also how to kill and cut open mice and how your ass' internals work / are supposed to be structured. If they're not full specialists, they might even look at asses and vaginas on a regular base.

One of her biggest turn offs is anything to do with a tongue.
