I'm living in the UK and I'm running out of money and won't be able to pay rent much longer, so I booked a flight to the US where I'll just go home and save money again.

What can the landlord legally do? Is there any way they can try and make me pay if I'm not in the UK?
What if they file some claims with a court? Can I be arrested when if I come back to the UK?

Probably a dumb question but I want to be sure.

(Also the landlord is Muslim so you don't have to feel bad for him. I don't)
