My fuse has been really short lately, fucking drop my butter knife on the floor this morning, and got so pissed that I threw my butter container across the room.

How do I get a hold of myself?

I'd suggest doing something to let your anger out like drawing, paining, music, running, etc. something that gets your mind off stress and put it in your everyday life. After playing drums for a few hours any shred of anger I had earlier that day is pretty much forgotten about
