How long did you keep it wrapped for after they did it?

It doesn't look infected, but obviously don't knock or pick at the scab. Most of the red ink will probably fall off with the scab and it'll have to be re-done.

They didnt tell me that, guess its a bad reaction then? I kept it on for an hour, thats as long as the artist told me. Then i cleanrd it with lukwarm water and antibactiral soap. Any idea how long it will for it to scab off?

Yeah. The black is a little scabbed too; You might not have washed all of the plasma off, or it was still weeping after you washed it.
I had a similar issue with my first tattoo (following their direction to un-wrap it after a couple of hours) and found out later that it's best to leave it wrapped overnight.

It'll take a week or two for the scab to fall off. Just be careful to gently dry it after it gets wet, otherwise it'll lift off sooner and take more ink with it. The longer you can keep it on, the less ink you'll lose.
