So the cheapest place I can live in the city currently is a 175 a month office suite with a/c electricity included. Can I pull off living 24/7 in an office suite? How could I pull this off?

It'll most likely violate the lease but you can pull it off if you're careful. 24/7 might be hard though.

Probably if you slept on a very tiny futon. could sneak a twin size mattress in there.
Get on good terms with the cleaning people. They're really the only ones who would inform on you, no one else but the lessor would care.
- cooking: hotplate and mini fridge
- showering/cleanup: gym membership/YMCA, local public bathrooms
- keep lights off/low to avoid notice at night
- have a solution to parking, police will bug you if you don't
- figured out a mailing situation like a post office box
- always act like you have the right to be there, don't sneak around, if something goes wrong don't panic, instead act annoyed
Allowing someone to live in a unit not intended for residential use will land your landlord in hot water, and you can bet your ass they'll come after you if they get into trouble for it.

Depends. I was able to live secretly in my workplace for a month. But it had a shower in the basement, low security and a regular maintenance schedule. Also a couch in a room that was closable.
You can hide shit up in those white roof tile things. Keep extra clothes and shit in there.
