Everything is automatic... Give me some good verbal replies to people when I don't feel like talking. Like when people force things on me like saying "I think you should do x" or "why don't you do x" I don't give a Yes or No (positive/negative), I say "I know" so they think I'm positive but really It's like saying "I don't care".
When people ask me a question I don't wanna answer, I say "I can't say", "I don't know but [lie and fake ass smile]"
Everything seems automatic and I'm autistic and not good at socializing. I do self-enquiry
