If I understand, smegma is made out of precum and oils that your dick release when you are aroused, if you have a porn addiction it could be the answer of why you have so much.

First, I didn't say he should spend 24/7 this way. Second, my dick head was a bit dry way before I ever did this anyway and I never rolled it out of the foreskin.

It's just to avoid mosture, and it does help. My foreskin's inside part gets irritated easily if I don't do that, and letting it breath a few minutes a day helps it stay healthy and white instead of irritated red

It's normal to get smegma, just make sure every time you shower you pull your foreskin back and rinse it off.

It should take a few days for smeg to build back up. If you're showering daily, it shouldn't have a chance to build up to catastrophic amounts

I think it's very odd to find smegma if you shower daily. It could be the summer, since we do sweat more, but I find it unlikely. Is there anything else about your hygiene which has changed recently? Personally I wash with plain water, perhaps you are having a reaction to a shower product.

Hm. Could be remains of sperm/prostate fluids/paper fibres (I assume you don't just spray all over the place and lick your dick clean after masturbating).
I shower every other day, and usually notice a little smegma. Especially if I've masturbated since the last shower.
I guess it could be the weather if sweat and stuff collect there more than usual.

It's not like smegma is a problem, though. Just wash as you usually do and don't sweat it. Be glad you're not circumcised.

I'm in a similar boat. I get a lot of smemga but peeling the skin back to clean it is next to impossible with a boner and the stimulation causes such when attempting to clean flaccid.

Pulling the skin back is phsyically painful and if I even manage it, I can't keep it there for longer than a few seconds.
