I need to gain more energy to workout after work. I work 6 to 12am 6 days a week and it's not heavy lifting but just constantly standing so it takes a small toll of energy on top of waking up early. Ideally I want to work 6-12 then go right to the gym and not home so I don't get comfy and rest. It's just when I get out at 12 I'm tired and sleepy and have no energy to workout efficiently. What can I do to boost energy after work to go to the gym?

Don't eat too much junk food in the morning.
Rest for 4-6 hours and then go.
Before you go, cook up on oatmeal or eat fruit. Pre-workout if you want, you'll just get dead tired at night.
Workout monday, wednesday, and friday. Once you have adjusted, add sunday to the mix
