Alternatively how do I actually find the will to eat. A lot of particular foods I can't eat for varying reason so my diet is composed of boring things.
I feel slightly more inclined to eat if its junk/snackfood but even then I have hardly any drive to eat its just that if it tastes good it feels less like a chore. With me eating is just what I'm forced to do to avoid the pain in my stomach.
try doing some hardcore exercise and then you will gulp dog food like its honey stirred mashed potato with steak
