You're going to have bigger problems than how you look if it's a culture when women have hangups about sex. Even if she enjoys certain things, she might be unwilling to talk about it if it's considered wrong for women.

She may care if you have a good body, but not necessarily in the same way men care about women's bodies. Women are typically less visually aroused. You working out might be more of a status thing, showing you take good care of yourself. But culture and whatever she personally believes about sex will be the hard part.
