>we got nurse students on their practice
>hot young (18-20) grills all over the unit
>I show them some stuff and show off a bit
>notice this one girl is glancing at me sometimes

I'm not sure should I pursue her or what. I don't know how to get her alone to ask her out or something. Their practice ends before my job so I can't see her afterwards. I tried adding her on Facebook but she seems not very active. I don't really want for the people to find out yet I have interest in her since one of the workers in the unit already wanted to be with me and I turned her down with some fake ass excuse how I don't wish for a relationship currently, I don't want to hurt her more. And i really have no fucking patience for them teasing me all of the time. Also I'm not sure if the said girl even likes me, maybe she is just polite. Any advice? Do I slip a small paper with a message to her or do I just ask her in front of everyone. She also seems quite shy. I will see her again tomorrow and they are staying in our unit until end of the month.

Don't slip her a note. Instead, just chat with her. Make small talk. See if you enjoy chatting with her and if she welcomes your attention. If she's showing signs of liking you while chatting, then see if she wants to hang out outside of work. The kind of date will depend on what you both enjoy doing, so chat about that before asking. If she doesn't want to see you outside of work or if she clearly doesn't want to chat, then leave her alone! It shows you respect women. If you bother her after that you'll not only be harassing her, but she'll make sure her entire social world knows you're a creepy weirdo who can't take a hint. Women don't mind being asked once on a date provided you don't freak out if they say no. So just take it easy, chat her up a bit, and see if it feels natural to ask her out. Don't force it.

Thanks for advice but not exactly what I needed help with. I know that no means no, and I don't bother people. That's what I am afraid of, I will come as too forward with her and she will get freaked out. I don't really get a lot of chance to talk to her and stuff since we work most of the time separately, I am doing my job while more experienced nurses show them stuff and teach them. Occasions are rare when I can talk to her, but it would be weird that I talk to her about random subjects in front of the group of people.
