UK no-degree fag here
Im 23
Im looking for some direction in my life, I work in a restaurant at the moment and haven't really made any progress in any sort of career field because Im not really sure what I want to do properly, and my only qualifications is a BTEC IT diploma from when I was 20.
But I do want to make money, and I do want to travel, and I do wanna learn about and see more cultures, so I thought teaching english abroad could be a good path for me
Has anyone got any advice in pursuing it? Is not having a degree gonna completely stop me from doing it?
University isn't an option for me unfortunately.

You can teach with just a TEFL certificate in some countries but it'd be volunteer work. If you want to make money you need a bachelor degree.

Not having a degree doesn't mean anything unless you expect to do more than home tutoring kids and helping them with exams. You can probably 7-10€/h, depending if you're teaching high school or elementary school English. It's mostly a "season" job, whenever exams begin. But you'd have to self advertise to people.
You have no hope of getting an actual job.

So there's absolutely 0 chance of me finding work in other countries teaching people to speak english for a living, unless I have a bachelors degree in whatever?
