Has anyone used or know about online therapy? I'm beginning a trial on one of these sites for anxiety. They claim that it's just as effective if not more than the traditional way, but of course they would say that, I just want an external opinion before investing my time and possibly money.
I've gone to therapy before, a couple of times, but now I'm stuck with my life and some help would be great. Also, it's cheaper and that would definitely help so I can keep at it long term. Thanks

I found the book 'Feeling Good' by David Burns about as effective as talk therapy. It's focused on cognitive behavioral therapy, which is very effective if your main problems are related to cycles of irrational thoughts (which lead to cycles of irrational behaviors, which reenforce the irrational thoughts, etc.).
