Well yes, admittedly I have some major issues, but in my defense, the whole reason I'm worried about it and even made the thread is because obviously I now see what kind of lowlife shit I've been engaging in over the years. I want to change and by being self disciplined enough to not go back I think I can at least gain back my own self respect. It starts with me right? I stopped masturbating and looking at porn and I'm honestly trying to develop as person. I'm always learning new things and reading about a number of subjects that interest me, I'm trying here. Well, it sounds like you're taking good starting steps. I don't know why you're so against therapy because you even admit you have major issues. They're just licensed people who know how to help you. You've been internalizing your own hate against yourself for a long time and that's not really good mentally and will manifest itself later.

However with what you're doing now maybe you won't need therapy. Keep growing as a person. If you feel like you stagnate and still feel shit then therapy would be a good idea.
