Here's a good tip that might help you over some time. Don't look at pictures of yourself. Most people tend to think they look incredibly shit in pictures, not so much in the mirror. Just avoid taking/looking at pictures of yourself as much as possible for a solid year, you will very likely stop giving a shit by that time.
