So, this is fairly embarassing as it is a penis issue, but here I go.
I'm going to link the picture and not post it since this is a SFW board and I'd expect people to not want penises on their screen.
I'll make it short

Yes I'm going to a dermatologist ASAP, at this point its been too long.
I've had these red spots on my penis for a while. Close to a month, a little more I think.
Didn't give them much attention before because:
- there's no discomfort. They don't itch, aren't swollen, nothing.
- they didn't show up under erection, as the whole penis was redder as a result.
- I always use a condom and I thought they were just bruises
I have only one gf, I was a virgin until about 8 months ago, I always use condoms. I did feel a bit of burning when I washed my penis with hand soap in a couple of situations, thought that could be the source of it, too. She did sometimes bite a little or hurt it inadvertently so I also thought it was just burst capillaries that needed time to absorb.
I never had any serious health problems, but I had a couple minor cases of psoriasis (runs in the family) that went away on their own, and my skin is generally sensitive.
House is fairly dusty, I live in a big city and there's very little I can do about it, but aside from that it's clean and I'm a clean person (not a clean freak, not disgusting either.)
If I touch them I get a very very little bit of itching, more of a tingling sensation. But it's extremely faint, I need to try to actually notice it, so it might just be me being in a bit of a panic by now, especially as I feel nothing strange when I piss, so I'm not really convinced it can be an infection.
It's been a month now and even if they didn't get worse (I'm not 100% sure) they surely aren't getting better.
Anyone has any idea what these could be? Googling gives me a ton of weird results, from cancer to infections.
Has it been hot in your area due to summer? To me, this looks like a type of fungus. It could be thrush or jock itch.
I'm not a man though, so maybe some men could weigh in on this.

Yes, quite hot lately. I've too been thinking about fungus, but there's no secretions, discharges of any kind, and I'd think that in a month fungi would get much worse than this...?
The problem is that every time you google this, all you get is shock pictures with devastated penises, so I can't really find any clear comparison.

Try using bing. The less extreme pictures I found looked quite similar.
Also, oral thrush is a thing. Have any girls given you blowies? It could have been transmitted to your penis. This is not an std, it's just a regular thing that happens. Bad luck.
It's thrush

Alright, likely it is. Seems like it can exhibit very little symptoms and this could be the case.
Thanks!
Hijacking the thread to ask: are penile papules or whatever they're called a turn off?

No, they are cute.
