I just got hired for a new hotel /club and there's about 120 of us in training and I'd say most of the girls they hired are some of the finest women I've been around.

What's the procedure for handling this the best way and not be perceived as a creeper? Obviously I know I shouldn't stare and be careful looking. I'm not a bad looking guy and quite normal, just not used to working with this amount of good looking women.
