As a male, I have no desire to boss people around or give orders. Or chase after women and subjugate them.
I honestly just want to live my life but people say "women won't respect you if you treat them equal." Or they say stuff like "men are supposed to love chasing after women".
I personally hate chasing after women. It's stressful and annoying. I don't like bossing people around either because I realize I to am flawed and bossing people around just does not add up to me.
I am just confused about masculinity. I just want to live happily and have a relationship that isn't total fucking aids.

no matter what path you take in life people will always complain. you cant stop it. so just keep those things to your self to minimize confrontation and continue doing what you're doing anyway.

>I am just confused about masculinity.
Stop hanging out with the people you are hanging out right now.
You are not hurting anyone by behaving this way, so you are not doing anything wrong. Live your life on your terms. That's the manly thing to do.
Chasing and dominating women is some bullshit that has been perpetuated by online betas and irl douchebags. Once you get a bit older and gather more life experience you realize that most things you hear are complete and utter bullshit. There are alot of women out there that respond well to being respected. There is a line between being respectful and being a doormat, but it is up to you to find that line. Strong beautiful relationships are built when two people are on the same level, not when one has the upper hand. You sound like a good dude OP don't let the internet second guess who you are deep down.
Too bad OP because hundreds of women magazines and website will tell women what to think, and they will tell them that men LOVE to chase them. Unless they aren't real men.

I understand what you are saying. I just get the feeling I am running outta time. Been living my life by my rules but I still have not experienced a relationship. I guess I can't rush it but I feel like I am missing out.
