How to approach a girl?

Another important factor, and way to meet girls all in itself, is making friends. Some girls will become interested in you if you talk with them on an equal plane like men and show kindness and understanding. This is the modern/feminist approach.

Well appearance wise, I'm afraid I qualify as a skinnyfat, with the only fat on me being centered around my stomach area, front and sides, but not too much. Average looking otherwise, except for my slightly longer light brown hair and green eyes. But my looks aren't really the issue, if I had concerns about that, I'd head on over to /fit/. I just have no idea how to approach her. I never see this girl outside of a working environment.

Stop talking in 4chan and go outside. You'll pick up on what styles you like by going out and about. Going to the gym and getting proper nutrition would be a good start, if you can do that. Avoid /fit/.

assuming you have a part time it wouldn't hurt you to quit...

1. Talk to her
Did you get along?
If yes: ask her out
If no: don't ask her out

If you're feeling shy and/or or like she's oblivious, you might have to explicitly say on the second date or so that you like her. Make sure to emphasize her personality as much as her looks. Avoid talking about yourself to excess.

We don't work at the same place, just the same building. I see her there when I go into the building, since the currency exchange is literally at the entrance, and on one or two occasions I saw her in one of the small shops we have in the building. And no, it's not a part time job, and after being unemployed for a shitload of time, no way I'm giving this up for any girl.

Then don't do it. Go to where the normals are at, and try to keep your nuerosis in check until one of them bangs you. They're crawling out of the woodwork, so they shouldn't be hard to find.

Also just develop yourself and advance your life. That works most of the time.
